Usine Pasquier :

Brioche Pasquier is a family-owned company whose history began in 1936, when Gabriel and Louise Pasquier opened their bakery and pastry shop, along with a grain, seed and animal feed trading business, in Les Cerqueux, in the Maine-et-Loire department.

In 1974, four members of the family and their father took over the family bakery and founded Brioche Pasquier. The braided brioche and individual brioche rolls quickly became increasingly popular. In order to offer fresh products, the company chose to develop small-scale production sites close to consumers in different regions of France.

Building on its heritage in baking and pastry-making, the company gradually expanded its expertise. The Pastry business was established in the 1990s, followed by the Rusks business in the 2000s and international development at the end of the 2000s.

Today, with Freddy Allaire as Managing Director and more than 4,000 employees, Brioche Pasquier continues to develop and write its history.

Usual opening hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.

The shop is also open every Saturday morning from 9am to 12pm.

Visits: visits are available on Tuesdays, for a maximum of 30 people, and Thursdays, for a maximum of 15 people, from 2pm to 4.30pm. Visits are free of charge. At the end of the visit, visitors can access the shop and benefit from a 30% discount.
